Basket Creations & Candles Company was created in 1999. We are located in Moundsville, WV. Our main goal is to provide the highest quality baskets and candles with an excellent customer service department. We are so confident in our products that we guarantee them or your money back. All of the baskets are handcrafted with pride and the soy candles are all hand poured with excellent scent throw. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

Due to our baskets being handcrafted and special ordered with your weave color choice, stain choice, etc., it may take up to 4-6 weeks for some orders,  but most orders should be shipped within 2-3 weeks. We know you will be delighted with your basket and that it will be well worth the wait. These baskets are built to give you a life-time of enjoyment, pleasure and use. We try our hardest to get your basket delivered to you as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Basket Creations and Candles guarantees every item for 30 days. If not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return it, in new condition, to the address listed below. Returns must be in new and resalable condition with the exception of defective merchandise.

Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA). The item must be received within 15 days from the issuance of the RA number. Please include all of the necessary information to expedite your credit.

Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to be issued and also please keep in mind that we do charge a 10% restocking fee for items that are not defective. You will be given credit for the amount of the item, less 10% plus shipping. Items without a RA number will be delayed and can take up to 10 business days for processing.
