that are in stock usually will ship within 2 weeks from ordering. Some orders
may take up to 4-6 weeks due to being specially made with your color weave
choices etc. |

get to choose your weave color, stain color, etc. and it takes longer for
those orders since it is made especially for you. |

I place an order over the phone?
When you are ready to place an order with us, you need to order online.
All of our orders go through PayPal which is a very, very, secure payment

| Do you ever add new
candle fragrances to your line?
Yes. We will be adding more fragrances
as we go. We are always searching for new and exciting fragrances.

different candle scents smell like?
We have a list of the fragrances and
descriptions of their scent on the bottom of our "soy candles" page.

| Can I request that two
different scents be combined in to one candle?
No. We do not mix fragrances together.
You can only select one scent per candle. |
| I'm looking for a
particular candle scent, can you make it?
If there is a certain candle scent that you
like and you don't see it on our list of fragrances, email us and let us
know. We will be glad to make it for you if we can find that
particular fragrance oil. |
| Do your Soy candles
have scent all the way through them?
Yes. Unlike some candles, our scent is
all the way through them and not just on the top. You will have great
scent throughout your whole entire candle. |
| Do your Soy candles
have good scent throw?
Our soy candles have great scent throw. We use only the highest
quality of fragrance and soy wax to give you the best scent throughout the
life of the candle. |
| Is there a way to make
your candles last even longer?
Yes. If you use a candle warmer you
will still get the terrific scent throw, plus, your candle will last longer. |
| Do you have sample
size candles so I can test out a fragrance?
Not at the present time but most likely in
the near future. |
| How long will my
candles last? The burn
time on most 16 oz. soy candles are approximately 140-160 hrs. and between
70-80 hrs. on the 8 oz. jar candle.. |
| What do the fabric
liner prints look like?
If you click on "fabric liners" over in the left column you will see all of
the choices available. Not all of the fabric liners go with every
basket. The top picture are for the baskets with Item #'s beginning
with (ATMB) and the bottom picture of liners go with Item #'s that start
with (PB). Some fabric liners are no longer available at this time.
Only what is listed beside each basket is what is available.

liner, lid or plastic protector at another time instead of ordering it when
I order the basket? Yes,
if it is still available. Sometimes baskets and their accessories are
discontinued without notice. |

candles guaranteed? Yes.
Our baskets and candles are guaranteed for 30 days. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your order just send it back. Our baskets
are handcrafted to last you a lifetime of use and enjoyment.

return? You need to
contact us before you make a return. You can email us or contact us by
phone. Returns must be in new and resalable condition. Returns
require a Return Authorization Number from us. Please refer to our
Company page for all the details. |

| How will I know when
my order has been shipped?
You will get an email confirmation when your
order has been shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. |

insurance? Your order is
automatically covered by insurance when it is shipped out to you. |
| Do you ship outside
the United States? No.
At the present time we only ship within the United States. Orders
outside the U.S. will not be accepted. |
| Will there be tax
added to my order? The only
customers that will have tax added to their orders are the residents of WV.
All other orders will not be charged any tax. |

from your web site? It
is very safe to order on our web site. When you place your order it
goes through Paypal which is a very secure site. |

what I ordered? All of
our merchandise is guaranteed for 30 days. If you are unhappy for any
reason, simply send it back. Please read the return policy found on

No. The only baskets that have weave
color or stain color choices have the choices listed next to that particular

| Do you ever get new
baskets in your product line?
Yes. We are on the lookout for new and
exciting baskets all the time. Some baskets will be discontinued at
any given time and will be replaced with something new. |
| Can you get a specific
basket in if I request it and tell you exactly what I'm looking for?
If you are looking for a
specific basket, just let us know and we will do our best to get it for you.

| What do all of the
stain color choices look like for the baskets?
We have a page with all of the stain color
choices. Just click on the link in the left column that says "stain
colors". They are all pictured there. |
| Is there a way to
reduce my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated by the amount
that you spend. The more your total is, the less the shipping charge
averages out to be. If you live in our area and want to make
arrangements to pick your order up, we will adjust the shipping charges off. |
| What do I do if the
box with my order in it is damaged?
Check and make sure your order wasn't
damaged. If it was, you need to contact UPS or the United States
Postal Service whichever one delivered your package and report the damages. |
